- Open the official website and select Make an Appointment.
- Next, select your Appointment Type.
- After that, they ask about Assistance then select what type of appointment you want, and then click the Next button.
- Now search for a store or stores near me, select the store, and click on the Next button.
- Then select the date and available time as per your preference.
- Click the Next button.
- Provide them with your information and SIM replacement issue, then click Next.
- Copy your verification code and adjust your appointment by clicking Add to Calendar.

Globe Telecom offers friendly customer service. So, if you are facing internet connection, WI-FI modem, device issues, and other related issues, you can then schedule an appointment with a Globe technician. The expert will visit your home to solve your problem.
- First, download the Globe at Home app on your mobile device and create an account.
- Open the app, and the home screen will appear.
- Click on the Help and Support icon.
- Here, select your issue.
- Also, provide details about your concerns and click on the next button.
- Now, select 3 preferred schedules to meet the technician.
- Make sure the information in the form, such as your name, phone number, and contact email address, is updated.
- Click the Send button to receive a copy of your appointment.
