How to Add an Account in Globe One?

Here is how you can add an account to GlobeOne.

For Globe at Home Broadband, Mobile Postpaid, and Prepaid accounts:

• Open the app on your mobile device.
• Tap on the “Profile” icon on the left bottom corner of your screen.
• Click on the “Account Management” option.
• Press the “Add Account” option on the top left corner of the screen.
• Select “Broadband or Mobile.”

• Enter a 6-digit OTP.
• Check the account details that show on your screen.
• Enter your “Nickname.”
• Click on the “Add Account” button. You will successfully add an account to Globe One.

Note: 

• The mobile user’s OTP will be sent to their mobile number via text.
• Globe at Home Broadband customer’s OTP will be sent to their email or mobile number. 

For a Home Prepaid WiFi Account:

• Go to Globe One.
• Click on the “Profile” icon.
• Tap on “Account Management”.
• Click on the “Add account” button.
• Select “Broadband”.

• Enter the HPW mobile number.
• Choose your HPW modem type.
• Enter your nickname and set up the account. 
• Lastly, press “Add Account”. That’s it.

Can someone register more than one Globe account in one GlobeOne app?

Yes, everyone can register or create up to 10 accounts in one Globe app. However, for those who will add more than 10 accounts to their app before the latest July update, their account numbers or registered numbers will still appear on the app. They will not be deleted. 

However, the Globe user cannot add more accounts until they remove one account from their account list.

How can Postpaid/ Globe at Home account information be updated through GlobeOne?

Follow these steps to update your Postpaid / Globe at Home account information through the app.

• Open the account details page on the GlobeOne app.
• Click on the Gear icon.
• Your contact information details will be displayed on your screen that are linked to your BB account. Press the edit icon on the details you want to change or update.
• Type in your updated information.
• You will receive a 6-digit OTP on your newly nominated number. Enter the OTP.
• GlobeOne informs you that your account information is now updated.

Note: You can also change or update your contact information once every 30 days.

What to do if someone has missed their account after updating the GlobeOne app?

Follow the guidelines below to retrieve your missing account.

• After you log out of the Globe app, open it again.
• Tap on the “Log In” option.
• Press the previous login method.
• Click on the “Continue” button.
• Enter the email account that you are currently using for account creation.
• After entering the email address, click on “Verify my account.”
• After that, an account verification link will be sent to your email account. 
• Check the link and tap the “Verify your email” option.

How can someone reset their account password?

• Go to the page where you enter your 6-digit PIN code.
• Click on the “Forget PIN?” option.
• Next, you will receive an OTP on your mobile number.

How to buy a load or promo through GlobeOne?

You can easily buy a load or promos through the following steps:

• Open the GlobeOne app.
• Click on the “Buy Promo” option.
• Select your account and tap on the “Choose Account” button.
• Now, select your preferred load or promo.
• Tap Subscribe, and then select your payment method.
• At the end, click on the “Choose” button.

For a Retailer Partner:

• Click on the “Buy Load” option.
• Press the “Retail” option.
• Next, click on the “Select a Retailer Account” option. And choose your retailer account.
• Enter the load denomination.
• Click “Buy Load”.
• Choose your payment method.
• Complete all payment details that will depend on your selected payment method.
• After completing the process, you will receive a confirmation page that will appear on your screen.
• Click on the “Done” button.
• If you make your payment with a GCash account, you will receive a message via text that will be sent to confirm the deduction from the GCash.

What should you do if your purchased load does not reflect on your account?

• First, check that your purchased load was successfully delivered.
• Checking if your GCash or Credit/ Debit card was deducted.
• You can also check your balance through *143.
• Check if your device has a good internet connection.
