You can contact GOMO customer service through the website or the GOMO app. So, as you open the GOMO.ph official site or the GOMO app, you will click on the Help Center. Scroll down and you will see the chat with us. After clicking on it, you will be moved to Facebook Messenger.

However, you cannot contact the GOMO agent by phone lines such as hotline, mobile number, contact form, live chat, or email. You can contact them directly through Facebook Messenger and Instagram.

Ways to Contact GOMO Customer Services: 

Here are some of the ways that you can follow to resolve your issues. 

Help Center:

You can visit the GOMO “Help Center” through the official website. Here, you can see a section discussing the frequently asked queries and the answers to resolve them. For example, if you have a query “I want to change GOMO SIM,” You can read the answer in FAQs that have properly discussed the whole process of how to do it.

So, you will first choose a topic and then you can read the related FAQs to find the solution for your issues. However, at the bottom of the “Help Center” Page, you can see the option of “Chat with Us.” Click on it and you will be directed to the official GOMO PH chat where you can put forward your query and customer service will help you in that regard.

One of the other ways of contact is the chat function in the GOMO app. So, you can download the Gomo app and then log in to your account. Look for the “ Help Center” option in the app interface and click on it.

While Scrolling down, you can see the “Chat With Us” option. As soon as you click on that  option, you will be switched to FB Messenger. Here, you can chat with an agent to resolve your problems.

If you need help or have any questions, you can try to contact GOMO agents directly through social media. So, you can send them a message, they will maybe reply back to you. They will ask you to wait until they connect with an agent. Wait for the reply, maybe they will reply to you. But they probably won’t guide you.
