You cannot reactivate your permanently expired Globe SIM card. Each SIM card has an expiration date, and you need to register before the expiration date. However, if you register a SIM but it is deactivated by Globe Telecom, you cannot reactivate your SIM.
Why is your Globe SIM deactivated?
Your Globe SIM gets deactivated due to these reasons. If you keep these reasons in mind, you won’t need to know how to reactivate an expired Globe SIM card.
Date of Expiry:
- If you buy a new SIM card but don’t activate it, it remains unusable. Then your SIM will expire based on the expiration date written on the SIM envelope.
Lack of use:
- If you do not use Globe Prepaid for one year after the loading date, your active SIM will be deactivated.
- If you reach zero load balance or the promo expires with zero load balance, your activated SIM will be deactivated after 120 days.

Visit the Globe Store:

- Please inform them that it may be possible to reactivate it.
