How to Track National ID Status & Delivery?

You can track your National ID using the Transaction Reference Number (TRN) on the PHLPOST website https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/ in the Philippines. Click the link, enter the Transaction Number, click Track, and check the delivery status of your National ID. 

You can check your delivery status for free by PHLPost. In this blog, I will share with you the step-by-step guide on how to track National ID in 2024. Let’s start. 

How to Track National ID using Transaction Number Philippines? 

It is a straightforward method to track the National ID delivery status in just three steps. PSA has recently introduced this method to check the status of the National ID. 

• First of all, unlock your device and connect to a strong internet connection. 
• Open the Web browser. 
• Type https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph and press enter. 
• Now, as the tracking page opens, you enter the Transaction Number in the given box tracking number. 
• Click on the Track Button. 
• The status will be displayed about your ID that is:
  • In Transit: It means your ID is being delivered.
  • Delivered: Your National Card has been successfully delivered. 
  • Not Found: This means, the Transaction Number you entered is not valid, or your ID has not been dispatched at the time. 

How to Track National ID by Name?

Some countries offer the facility to track the National ID using the Name. However, in the Philippines, there is no facility available to track the National ID using the Name. 

As soon as the PhilSys platform shows any updates we will inform you immediately on how to track national ID by name. 

How to Track National ID without Reference Number? 

You need a reference number to track your national ID. However, if you have lost your Transaction reference number, you can seek assistance from PSP support or visit the nearest PSA branch. 

PSA Office: 

Go to the nearest Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) branch where you have initially registered your national ID. Provide them with your information to process. They will take 2 to 3 days and inform you about your National ID.

• Sex (Female/Male)
• Suffix (if applicable)

How to Track National ID using a QR code? 

If you like to Track your National ID using the QR code, follow the instructions below. You can use the PhilSys on Mobile devices, laptops, and Desktop for national ID tracking QR Code. 

• Open your browser and type verify.philsys.gov.ph. 
• The official PhiloSys platform will open on your screen. 
• Click on the Click to Scan QR Code button. 
• A prompt message will appear to get access to your camera. Click on the Allow button. 
• In the next, you select Mode of Scanning from the option:
  • Camera: Select it if using the Webcam or built-in camera.
  • Barcode Scanner: If you use any one of these select the Barcode scanner.
  • Cancel
• As soon as you click the camera, a capture screen will appear. Scan your PhillD/ePhilID’s QR Code and make sure that the four edges of the cards are in the center of the screen. 
• If you select the barcode scanner, you will receive a pop-up message on scream Waiting for input from the scanner. Using your device scan the PhillD/ePhilID’s QR Code. 
• Wait for a minute for processing.
• Click on the Choose File button. 
• Go to the folder where you have saved your file in the computer and click open. 
• If your ID is correct it will show you the information about yourself.  

Important Notes: 

• Your device camera quality must be 720p or higher. 
• Your device camera image resolution is at least eight megapixels. 
• Scan the ID Card clearly without blurring the image. 
• You must use a strong internet connection.
