Local Number 

In the same area, city, or place, you can dial a 7-digit telephone number such as 234-5678 for local calls. Therefore, you do not need to dial the area code in the same place. Hence, you just dial the number simply.

Landline Call

If you want to call the other city, region, or province from your mobile phone, you must type the area code (02) before the 7-digit telephone number. For example (02) 234-5678. 

International Call 

If you want to make an international call, you have to first enter the country code (+63), and the area code, and after that dial the number. ITU Telecommunication standardization sector fixed an international dialing code. The landline number is 11 digits consists. For example +63-2-234-5678.
