  • For SIM registration, you do not need to get in touch with anyone or complete any paperwork. You will receive a message from Smart SIM itself. In the message, they will verify your residential and personal information.

If your information is not correct, you can contact the customer care hotline at *888. Also, you can visit the Smart SIM Store to change your information by booking an appointment through the Smart Online Store.

For Smart Bro WiFi users:

If you are a Bro Wi-Fi Smart SIM user, follow the instructions to register your SIM. The registration method is the same, as you can register your SIM through the official Smart SIM website or the Gigalife app.

However, you receive your OTP code at your primary contact number when you register your prepaid smart SIM. Therefore, if you use pocket wifi, you will receive your OTP code on your mobile device (on your primary contact number), but if you use home wifi, you will receive your OTP code in the Home wifi SMS GUI Inbox.

For Pocket WiFi users:

Here I will provide you information on how you can get your OTP code to register Smart Bro Wi-FI SIM.

  • First, get your Smart Bio-WiFi SIM card number. If you are using the Pocket Wi-Fi, check your Smart Bro SIM card and note the number.

  • So when you register your SIM you will receive your OTP code on your mobile device.
  • Now, visit the official website and Gigalife app to register the SIM with the same process as I mentioned above in Prepaid Smart SIM Registration.

For Home WiFi users:

The registration process is the same as Prepaid Smart SIM but receiving OTP code is different. So follow the instructions to get your OTP code.

  • If you are a home Wi-Fi user, check the Smart Bio-WiFi SIM card number on the back or bottom of the home Wi-Fi device and note it.
  • Now, you connect the device that you use to register the SIM with home Wi-Fi signals.
  • Open your web browser and type http://192.168.1.1
  • Enter your username and password to sign in to your account as an admin after clicking on Sign in.
