How to register the Prepaid, PostPaid, & Home Wi-Fi DITO SIM?

You can register your prepaid or postpaid DITO SIM via the link or the DITO app. However, I will provide you with step-by-step information on how new subscribers and existing subscribers can register their SIM.

For New Subscribers: 

If you have purchased a new DITO SIM and want to register your SIM, follow the instructions below. However, you can register your prepaid & postpaid SIMs via the DITO app or the link. 

• First, download the DITO APP onto your mobile device and create your account. 
• After that, you insert your new DITO SIM card into your mobile phone.
• Start your mobile device and activate the SIM card on your mobile.
• DITO will send you an SMS.
• Go to the SMS app and open it. Here you can see a link. So, click on it.
• As soon as you click on the link, they send a pop-up message to access the DITO app. So click on the Open button.
• After clicking the Open button, you will again get a pop-up message asking How would you like to proceed. So, select your registration type and click Proceed. You will then be transferred directly to the DITO app.

• Click on the Start Registration button from the home screen, and the SIM registration page will appear.
• Here, select your registration type.
• After that, enter your mobile number in the box and click on Verify button.

• As soon as you click on verify, you will receive an OTP code on the respective SIM.
• Copy the code entered in the given confirmation boxes and click on Submit.
• After that, take a clear photo of your ID card and upload it.
• Then take a selfie and upload it.

• After identification, you will get a form page.
• On the form page, enter your personal information and residential information, such as the selected ID type and your first name, middle name, last name, suffix, birthday, nationality, registration type, house number, street number, village or subdivision, province, Enter the city, barangay, and zip code.
• After filling in the respective box details, click on the Process button.

• A summary details page will appear on the screen. So, verify all your information, read the terms, and click on the checkboxes.
• Once the Register option turns red, click on the Register button.
• Your SIM card has been successfully registered. You also receive a message on the SIM.

For Existing Subscribers:

If you have the old SIM and want to register, then you can register your prepaid SIM or postpaid SIM via DITO app. So, follow the several instructions to register your SIM. 

• First, insert the SIM into your mobile phone. 
• Download the latest version of the DITO app on your device.
• Launch the app and sign in to your account.
• Click on Start Registration.
• Select your Type of registration.
• The next process will be the same as for new subscribers.
• So, upload your ID photo and selfie picture. After that, enter your personal and address information and then complete the registration process. So, next, you can follow the same process as above.

For Home Prepaid & Postpaid Wi-Fi users: 

You can register your home prepaid Wi-Fi SIM through the DITO app. Now follow the instructions to register your postpaid and prepaid YY SIM. The registration process is the same.

• First, you buy a home Wi-Fi kit.
• Also, download the DITI app on your mobile device.
• Insert the new Wi-Fi DITO SIM card into your mobile device and enable access.
• So, you will receive a link as an SMS from DITO to register the SIM.
• Open the link and register your SIM with the same process as mentioned above.
• So, you will receive a message Register SIM successfully.
• In the message, they will send you the modem password.
